The shipping of your order

  • When placing the order, depending on the items purchased, the amount and destination, you will see several shipping forms with your costs, you can select the one that best suits you.
  • All shipments are made in working days reflected in the order for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, for the Canary Islands and for international shipments some dates will be increased. The deadlines for delivery by post, there may be important variations especially on holiday dates and Christmas. If this is very important, please contact us. Shipments by Courier companies are usually 24 or 72 hours, provided that the order and payment is made before mid-morning.
  • Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated in each and every one of the products offered. In the orders that include several articles, a single shipment will be made unless otherwise indicated and the delivery time will correspond to the item whose delivery time is longer.
  • The client will have 24 hours to check the integrity of all the components of the order and to verify that everything that should be included in these products is included. After these 24 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted and no claims will be accepted.
  • In case of receiving a product damaged by the carrier, you must claim it from the transport company
Then you must indicate your case through our contact form, indicating the order number and the problem it presents. Once the incident is received, a new shipment will be processed if your case requires it.
